I already have a Domain name but want to use your eMail services, what do i need to do?
| For our eMail services to function correctly, a valid domain name is needed. We can easily register one of these for you, but if you already have one that you wish to use then you must update your domains DNS Nameserver information to point to our servers. You would do this by visiting the website you registered your domain with, logging into their control panel and looking for an option called Change Nameservers. This varies from each website so you are best to eMail their technical support if you are unsure how to make the change. Once you are in the nameserver control panel - you need to change your nameservers to ours which are as follows; NS1.RESOLUTIONCOMPUTING.COM NS2.RESOLUTIONCOMPUTING.COM Once this step is complete and propagation has taken place, your account will be ready for us to activate. |
