How do i manage my website?

As mentioned above, the entire system is managed via a dedicated Administration section on your website. You or your staff can log in and add or edit property details with ease, using an easy and intuitive interface. Your Administration area will allow you to manage both Sale and Rental properties, as well as manage variables such as location or Property status (eg. To Let, For Sale, To Let Short Term).

Each property will allow you to specify a large number of details such as Heating, Security Features, Garage availability, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Internet and Telephone availability etc. and also allow you to enter a custom description of the property, which allows you to communicate the benefits and unique features of the property the same way you would if you were discussing with the client in person.

Is anything else included?

Yes, not only will you get this excellent web system, we also design and integrate it into a complete website unique to your company. Your website will include basic pages containing information about your company, a contact form, a page for viewing and searching your properties as well as anything else you should require. How much would this all cost?

As with all our solutions, we pride ourselves on our excellent pricing. To fully design and deploy our Real estate system, including additional web pages to complete the site, we charge a base rate of £850. With every website being unique, this charge may vary if your company has any additional requirements, such as extra features.

This work can be carried out within a eight weeks time frame, with the inital 6 Weeks for building and development and the remaining two weeks to cater for testing and amendments.

We also provide some additional services to compliment this service;

For an additional £150 we will add all of your properties to your system for you, providing you can supply us with the relevant details about each property.

If you require high quality, professional photographs for your properties, we can provide a proffesional photographer so photograph and edit pictures of your properties ready for your web system. This service is charged at £25 per hour and negotiable depending on time required..

We can also offer you our premium web hosting package to host your online estate system (see our web hosting pages for more details) and our excellent support contract, which entitles you to 24 hour support and allows you to request updates and ammendments to your site at any time and as often as you like¹ for only £35 per month.
