If your website experiences a problem, chances are we will know about it long before you do and have the issue fixed before you even notice there is a problem.

We offer two Support contracts to compliment our web design service, details of which are below;


When you choose resolution computing to design your website, you automatically recieve our Silver support subscription - This allows you to access our knowledgebase and email our dedicated support team with questions or for help on how to use your websites features

If your website is hosted with us (see our web hosting page for details) then we will also monitor your it 24 hours a day for any issues and resolve any that we can.


With our Gold Support contract you will recieve all the features of our Silver Contract, however, you will also be entitled to request ammendments and updates to your website whenever you need it.* This will make sure your site always stays up to date and makes a great impression for your viewers.

We also backup your website and its content to our special Offsite backup servers - ensuring your data will always be 100% safe.

Gold Support contract holders also recieve a free web hosting account to host their websites on - this account includes 1 Gigabyte of Storage space and 10 Gigabytes of Bandwidth (file transfer).

Our Gold Support contract is only £35 per month and ensures that your website will always be maximising its potential.

As mentioned above - Our Silver support contract is free with all website designs, however you can purchase our Gold support contract even if we have not designed your site for you.
